2. Your purchase
The Tantrum Squad bundle includes an English-language ebook in PDF format and access to a companion webapp containing practical guidance for 50 everyday tantrum situations.
The price and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. The bundle is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
3. Delivery and technical requirements
Following successful payment, delivery is provided by email with the ebook and instructions for accessing the webapp.
An automated delivery email is sent within a few minutes following successful payment.
Please provide an accurate email address and check your spam folder. If you cannot find your delivery email, contact hello@tantrumsquad.com.
You need a compatible PDF reader to open the ebook. The webapp requires a supported web browser.
The webapp requires an up-to-date web browser and also works offline.
4. Duration of webapp access
Your webapp access has no contractual expiry date.
5. Personal-use licence
Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to use the ebook and webapp for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may save the ebook on your own devices. You may not resell, publicly distribute or publish the ebook, copy the webapp for redistribution, or share access credentials with third parties.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Tantrum Squad provides general educational information for adults. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy or individual clinical assessment.
It does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. No particular behavioural outcome is guaranteed.

7. Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers may have mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund and other rights under applicable law.
Where EU consumer rules apply, a right of withdrawal generally exists for distance purchases, subject to applicable exceptions.
For digital content supplied immediately, loss of the withdrawal right requires your prior express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that you lose that right when supply begins. Where applicable, confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement will be provided in your order-confirmation email.
Merely purchasing the product or accepting these terms does not, by itself, replace the required express consent.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights concerning faulty, inaccessible or non-conforming digital content or services.
